Thalía Gochez

Biography

Thalía Gochez is a Los Angeles-based photographer, creative director, and fashion stylist known for portraiture that centers Latinx women and communities of color. Born in Pasadena to a Mexican mother and Salvadoran father, Gochez draws her creative language directly from her upbringing, using fashion-rich styling and a subject-led approach to build trust with the people she photographs. Projects like Hermanas de Sangre and Dos Sangres established her practice around collaboration, cultural identity, and care, and her work has appeared on the cover of Aperture's Latinx issue, in Nike's All For 1 campaign, and on the Dazed 100.
